How to use this guide

This guide follows the menu you see on the left inside Cognix. Every section shows a real picture of the screen with a marker on where to find it, then simple steps for what to do.

① markers

The numbered dot on each picture points to where that area lives in the sidebar.

Simple steps

Follow the numbered steps top to bottom — no technical know-how needed.

Button names

Text like Enrol is a real button you’ll tap on screen.

Day one

Signing in

  1. Open your Cognix web address and enter your email and password. If your workplace uses single sign-on, choose Sign in with SSO instead.

  2. First time? You’ll set your name, language, and a few preferences — then you land on your Home.

  3. Tip: use the same account on your phone browser or the installed app — your progress follows you everywhere.

Forgot your password? Use Forgot Password on the sign-in screen, or ask your administrator to send you a reset link.
